To prepare you for industry challenges, our Catalyst Academy manages your career development by engaging you with clients and responsibilities from day one. Alongside our comprehensive training curriculum, you’ll earn industry qualifications from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) and other WPP Academies to boost your professional growth. Catalysts have access to various personal development opportunities and can join our Business Employee Resource Groups (B-ERGs), including Women’s Network, Unite, Roots, Wellbeing, and Green Team.
