We're working exclusively with a fast-growing AI company in London building next-generation infrastructure for industrial asset management. Their platform combines AI-powered Digital Twins, Augmented Reality, and Workflow Automation — deployed across Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Mining. Real product, real customers, serious engineering ambition.

They're hiring an AI-Native Engineer. The person they want has rebuilt their entire development workflow around AI. Not just using Cursor or Claude Code to write faster, but going further: building on top of these tools, creating custom engines and workflows trained on their own principles, so AI compounds their output over time. You use AI across the full stack: front-end, back-end, architecture, deployment — and you've shipped something real as a result.

You'll own features end-to-end: from code to production deployment. That means full DevOps ownership: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), infrastructure as code. You'll work with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or direct LLM API work) to deliver intelligent automation across the platform.

  • Someone who leverages AI tools as a core part of how they work — and ideally has gone further by building custom AI workflows or engines on top of them.
  • Something shipped with actual users. A side project, startup, or tool that exists and is verifiable.
  • Full DevOps ownership: AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines built and managed from scratch.
  • Strong academic background — you learn hard things fast.

Competitive salary and performance bonus. Hybrid in London. Real ownership at a company building at the frontier of industrial AI.
