You will be a data-driven problem solver who thrives on turning complex information into clear insights and who can help shape the data strategy and empower decision-making across a high-growth, tech-driven organisation. Responsibilities Analysing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that guide strategic decisions. Optimising data queries and pipelines using SQL and Python within a Snowflake environment. Supporting the design, build and maintenance of dashboards and data visualisations to support key business functions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable reporting solutions. Supporting the development of self-service data tools and mentoring other analysts where needed. Requirements Proven experience in a senior analytical role with strong end-to-end ownership of analytics projects. Deep technical skills in SQL and Python for data manipulation, cleaning and modelling. Experience working in a cloud data warehouse, ideally Snowflake. A track record of building dashboards using modern BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Sigma. Strong communication skills; you’re comfortable explaining complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
