Wundertalent is partnering with a profitable, bootstrapped SaaS business in the sales technology space to hire a Customer Success Manager. The company provides email infrastructure used by thousands of sales teams and agencies. Several leading outbound platforms also integrate the technology into their own products.
The role
This is a hybrid position in a small, fast moving team of around 15 people. Most of your time will go on managing and growing relationships with strategic platform partners. You will run training sessions and webinars, resolve escalations from senior contacts, and keep churn low. You will also handle inbound demos from smaller customers and onboard them quickly.
About you
- 2 to 3 years in a SaaS customer success or account management role.
- Proven experience with corporate or strategic accounts.
- A startup mindset: adaptable, proactive and comfortable juggling priorities.
- Native level English, as the customer base is mainly US and English speaking.
- Exposure to cold email, sales engagement or deliverability tools is a real plus.
