As Senior Brand Designer, you’ll be a core creative force within the marketing team, owning how our brand looks, feels, and comes to life across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with Growth, Product, Retention and Retail teams to ensure Wuffes shows up consistently - and memorably - wherever our customers meet us. You’ll help define what great brand design looks like at Wuffes, balancing creative ambition with commercial impact, and setting the bar for visual excellence as the team grows.
Your responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Wuffes visual identity across digital, social, paid, web, packaging, and product touch‑points; be the creator and gatekeeper of brand guidelines.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling creative that builds trust, emotion, differentiation and recognition, owning the cascading of that creative to the full team.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with other key players in the Brand Marketing team including copy and social media to develop design strategies that align with general brand direction.
- Design high‑impact assets for campaigns, NPD launches, and always‑on marketing activity across physical and digital touch‑points including retail displays, exhibition booths, packaging, merchandise, Amazon and D2C creative, social media.
- Develop blueprints of design systems across key assets e.g., packaging, which can be repeated and build brand equity.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure brand consistency across all customer experiences.
- Provide creative direction and feedback, helping raise the quality bar across the wider team, including management and mentorship of junior designers.
- Stay close to trends in brand, design, and culture - and know when to break the rules.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, ideally within DTC, consumer, or lifestyle brands.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and cross‑channel creative.
- Experience across retail / trade display and FMCG product packaging.
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling and how design drives emotional connection.
- Confidence designing for both brand and performance outcomes.
- Ability to manage priorities and work at pace in a fast‑moving scaling environment.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience collaborating with marketers, copywriters, and other creatives.
- High attention to detail, paired with the ability to move fast and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset - you care deeply about the work you put into the world.
- Management experience, with a strong coaching style for junior team members.
- BONUS: Skilled in AI creative / willing to upskill in this area.
