As a Product Designer at Wuffes, you’ll take ownership of the entire design journey – from early discovery and user research through to UX flows, wireframes, polished visuals, and interactive prototypes. You’ll bring clarity to ambiguous problems, ground your work in insight, and design experiences that drive meaningful, measurable results. This role is hands‑on, collaborative, and pivotal to shaping the future of our product experience.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the design of new initiatives from concept to execution, translating business goals and user needs into intuitive, elegant product experiences.
- Design and rapidly prototype iterations for experimentation (including A/B testing) to improve existing products and drive key performance metrics.
- Produce clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs that communicate intent and requirements to engineering teams.
- Champion the voice of the customer by running high‑quality user research initiatives that inform, validate, and refine design decisions.
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, Retention, and Engineering to deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, pragmatic environment.
What you bring
- 3+ years of product design experience in e‑commerce, D2C, or high‑growth start‑up environments.
- Strength across UI, UX, prototyping, and information architecture, with a portfolio that demonstrates end‑to‑end design thinking.
- Experience running user research initiatives — from planning and interviewing to synthesising insights that guide product decisions.
- High proficiency in Figma and comfort working closely with engineers to align designs with technical constraints.
- Ability to contribute to and evolve design and brand systems as the business scales into broader pet wellness.
- A self‑starter mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by experimentation and measurable outcomes.
