Role type: Permanent / Full-time
At Wuffes we work with thousands of creators and our partnerships channel is one of the most commercially important, and creatively exciting, parts of the business. This role leads that.
As Senior Partnerships Manager, you'll own two distinct but connected programmes:
- A creator and influencer programme that's already established but needs to evolve as we shift from a purely performance‑driven model toward one that balances acquisition with brand building.
- An affiliate programme that is being built largely from the ground up, where you'll have the rare opportunity to set the strategy, choose the platforms, and build the infrastructure yourself.
This is a role for someone who is equally commercial and creative. You'll understand data, attribution, and commission structures as well as you understand brand fit, cultural resonance, and what makes a creator's audience actually trust them. You'll sit at the intersection of brand and growth, working in close partnership with both the Head of Brand and Head of Growth, and you'll lead a team of three to make it all happen, with plans to scale quickly as the program proves out. If you're a builder who thrives on both scale and quality, and you're energised by the idea of shaping a partnerships function that doesn't yet exist in its full form, this is your role.
Your responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of three, setting direction and building a high‑performing partnerships function.
- Affiliate Programme Build: Build Wuffes' affiliate channel from scratch — platform selection, partner tiers, commission structures, and first‑wave recruitment.
- Amazon Affiliate Strategy: Own Wuffes' presence in the Amazon affiliate ecosystem and make Wuffes the go‑to recommendation across pet supplements.
- Creator Programme: Evolve an existing creator programme by introducing a tiered model that balances performance at scale with brand‑aligned, curated partnerships.
- TikTok Affiliate Lead: TikTok affiliate strategy, staying ahead of platform developments to drive both acquisition and brand presence.
- Ambassador Programme: Build the case for — and if validated, establish — an always‑on ambassador programme with larger influencers, celebrities, and veterinary professionals.
- Publication & Editorial Partnerships: Develop relationships with media brands, newsletters, and publishers that reach Wuffes' target audience.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Growth and Brand to ensure the partnerships channel amplifies campaigns, feeds the performance funnel, and builds brand simultaneously.
- Commercial Ownership: Own performance metrics across all programmes — CAC, revenue, LTV, ROI — and manage budget with a clear return lens.
- Creative Direction: Brief creators and partners with angles and hooks that produce content that converts and feels authentic.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, and affiliate management — ideally in a high‑growth DTC or e‑commerce environment.
- Proven experience building or significantly scaling an affiliate programme, including platform selection, partner recruitment, and performance infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the Amazon affiliate ecosystem.
- TikTok affiliate experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing and developing a team, with a track record of raising the standard of those around you.
- Equally comfortable operating at scale and with precision.
- Commercial and analytical with proven experience of how you can optimise based on data.
- Creative instinct and genuine taste i.e. you know which creators and publishers will resonate with an audience.
- Experience working across both performance and brand objectives, and navigating the tension between the two.
- Strong relationship builder — partners, ambassadors, and vets want to work with you because you make it straightforward and rewarding. You're working with thousands of them but your communication style would never give that away.
- Self‑starter and builder mindset — significant parts of this role don't exist yet, and you'll be expected to shape them.
Perks of the Pack:
- Time to recharge — 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) to reset, relax and adventure.
- Health & dental cash plan — Everyday health and dental bills covered, because looking after our people comes first.
- Core hours / Hybrid working — Our set office days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with core hours of 10am‑4pm.
- Dog friendly office — Obviously! Bring your pup to work with you.
- Remote working — Work from anywhere (time‑zone permitting) for two weeks in summer and two weeks in winter.
- Bike to work scheme — Ditch the commute stress and cycle to work.
- Enhanced family leave — More support for life’s important moments and milestones.
- Pension scheme — Enroll in the Wuffes pension scheme.
