As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key driver in our mighty growth engine - managing high-impact acquisition campaigns and delivering insights that fuel smarter optimisation. Reporting into the Head of Growth, you’ll bring a solid mix of strategic awareness and hands-on execution to scale our acquisition machine. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys problem-solving with data, punches above their weight and is motivated by delivering measurable impact and results they can own.
You’ll run campaigns, follow the data, and keep leveling up performance, making sure Wuffes shows up in a meaningful way wherever people are searching, scrolling or clicking. Your responsibilities
- Own and optimise 8-figures in paid media spend across Meta, TikTok and AppLoving, with a focus on driving profitable subscriber growth.
- Work closely with our product team to build a roadmap for improving the conversion rate on our landing pages.
- Track, analyse, and report on D2C subscription metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel performance, sharing insights that shape ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with our in-house Performance Creative team to ensure we’re maximising our paid media spend.
- Support our retention team on a wide variety of growth initiatives with the objective of improving LTV.
- Help bridge the gap between paid ads and organic social.
- Support the development and delivery of a structured test-and-learn roadmap - from creative iterations to bidding strategies and audience segmentation.
- Be the voice of growth internally. Stay informed on platform updates, tools, and industry trends to help identify opportunities for continuous optimisation.
- Put forward business cases to trial new platforms and effectively communicate on results, including recommendations on which platforms to take forward.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience at a fast growing DTC brand, or a performance marketing agency specialising in ecommerce.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid social campaigns - ideally with media spend at $500k+/month.
- Solid understanding of subscription economics and how that relates to acquisition goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Solid understanding of what makes a high converting landing page, CRO, and analytics tools (e.g. Intelligems, HotJar etc).
- Familiarity with attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
- Experience working with budgets and adjusting spend to maximise efficiency and performance outcomes.
- A proactive, data-driven mindset who loves testing, learning, and growing within a fast-paced challenger brand.
