Working within a dynamic global team based in London, in a fast-paced environment with an ever-changing risk landscape. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects, with accountability for client retention and new business development. You will manage and develop relationships with clients and Willis Towers Watson, aiming to grow the portfolio within the business unit and convert prospects.
The Role:
- Face-to-face broking in Lloyds and with London markets, as well as electronically with international markets.
- Collaborate with the Global Broking Team across all aspects of work.
- Excel in broking through trust, credibility, and strong market relationships.
- Manage client accounts with the goal of retaining and developing a profitable terrorism portfolio, including timely and accurate day-to-day client programme management.
- Trade electronically through PPL.
- Understand clients’ business and risk management needs; determine solutions, structure, price, and placement strategies accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate across the business for account penetration and cross-selling.
- Develop knowledge of WTW’s relevant products and services.
- Ensure transparency in agency and other commitments to carriers and clients.
- Optimize revenue from new and existing clients using appropriate placement channels and markets for the client segment.
