A fantastic opportunity for an Interface Coordinator to join our Interface Team at WTW, one of the leading Third-Party Pension Administrators. This is a hybrid role based in our Redhill office 2-3 days a week. This team is responsible for the processing of client contribution interfaces which contain member & pension contributions data, dealing with any issues with the file data, ensuring the processing is completed within our standards. The contributions are then sent to invest within agreed service levels.
The ideal candidate for this role will be process driven with great attention to detail, who enjoys working with processes, plus reviewing & checking. You will also play an active role in mentoring and checking the work of the Administrators on the team. The Interface Team are dynamic and engaging working within a collaborative environment. The role offers full training including new starter induction and further training thereafter.

The Role
- Review and check work completed by others
- Completing the processing of contribution and data files
- Train, support, and mentor junior associates
- Monitor data file processing to ensure agreed targets and deadlines are met
- Be a senior point of reference on technical issues and non-standard processing
- Build and maintain technical, procedures and client knowledge through experience
- Continuously seek to identify areas where the service to clients could be improved and communicate findings to your Team Leader
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high levels of service are achieved
- Encourage teamwork by sharing knowledge, ideas, and solutions
- Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client needs and to promote the WTW brand
- Act as a contact point for clients and teams

- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages
