A great opportunity to join our pensions data solutions team comprising data experts from different backgrounds, who provide leading edge insights where deficiencies in member data quality may impede our client’s ability to achieve their strategic goal and journey plans. We are recruiting experienced Defined Benefit pensions professionals to join us as a Senior Pensions Data Specialist to deliver data services to our clients, including data and benefit audits, preparing data strategies and plans, and undertaking pension rectifications such as GMP rectification and equalisation.
While we continue to help clients meet their GMP objectives, the data challenges they face are becoming more diverse, giving you a chance to work across a broad spectrum of areas and add tangible value to clients and pension scheme members.
The Role: You will create and customize bulk tools and solutions, direct and review work done by others, and take responsibility for successful delivery. You should be able to communicate technical issues clearly to a broad audience. We expect you to be highly numerate with good analytical skills, familiar with modern software, and have an interest in programming and developing technological solutions. Good organization skills and project management behaviours are also important. Experience in pension rectification exercises and data cleansing is advantageous.
