Alert:24 is WTW Crisis Management’s in-house security risk advisory and crisis management practice, supported by a 24/7 crisis support operations centre, assisting clients throughout incident timelines. It supports WTW’s diverse insurance portfolio, providing mitigation to enhance security-risk focused insurance policies.

We seek a candidate with proven experience in generating leads, managing sales cycles, and coordinating service delivery in the security risk advisory sector to join our Risk Advisory sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate agility in managing proactive sales support cycles and coordinating security risk consultancy projects for global clients across sectors like kidnap, crisis communication, travel risk, active shooter, and terrorism/political violence.

The Role:

  • Support the consultancy sales process using CRM sales-funnel, customer engagement, and close collaboration with sales, consultancy, insurance broking, and marketing teams.
  • Maximize profitable sales and delivery of consultancy and training services to clients.
  • Lead in scoping, preparing, and delivering client proposals for intelligence, consultancy, and training services.
  • Coordinate with risk advisory/crisis-risk advisors to ensure service delivery.
  • Research and develop risk advisory/consultancy tools, resources, standards, and accreditation to support service delivery.
  • Address queries from clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Improve internal processes and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain records of all risk advisory income.
  • Develop and monitor the sales pipeline to grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop new security risk products and services.
  • Deliver high-quality client calls and face-to-face meetings, coordinating expertise as needed.
  • Work with marketing and risk advisory teams to produce consistent marketing materials and digital resources.
  • Monitor market trends and innovations.
  • Support the development of insights, webinars, and thought leadership on relevant risks and industry trends.
