A fantastic opportunity to join our Global Talent Development team as The Talent Development Coordinator. This role plays a central role in coordinating and progressing global Talent Development activity across approximately 1,000 Investment professionals in North America, Europe, and International regions. Working as part of a small Global Talent Development team, this role requires strong project management skills, confidence working with stakeholders, and a forward-looking mindset focused on improving how colleagues access and experience learning and development.
Project & Programme Coordination
- Lead the coordination and delivery of Talent Development programmes, ensuring projects are planned, tracked, and delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Serve as the central point of accountability for multiple concurrent workstreams, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and deadlines, and proactively prompting the team and stakeholders as needed.
- Partner with facilitators, executive coaches, and external training providers to ensure programme alignment and smooth delivery.
- Manage the global mentoring programme, including participant matching, progress monitoring, and check-ins.
- Maintain accurate programme documentation, process guides, and records to support continuity, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Support the identification of learning needs across the organisation by gathering insights from stakeholders, feedback, and data, contributing to structured learning pathways.
Evaluation, Insight & Continuous Improvement
- Analyse feedback surveys and learning data to identify trends, themes, and areas for improvement.
- Propose practical changes to programmes, processes, or communications based on insights.
- Contribute to the design and development of learning pathways, training materials, and other participant resources.
- Bring innovation to Talent Development activity, enhancing efficiency, accessibility, and overall learner experience.
Financial & Technology Support
- Develop quarterly budget reports for team review, monitoring spend across programmes and providers.
- Support the use of technology to improve Talent Development efficiency, reporting, and the user experience.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance scalability.
Communications & Engagement
- Develop and maintain clear communication channels to signpost colleagues to learning opportunities.
- Contribute to the preparation and production of Talent Development podcast content.
- Engage with colleagues to discuss development needs, guiding them to relevant learning pathways or programmes.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and other business functions to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
