WTW is seeking an Employee Relations Lead – Projects to steer ER input into mergers, acquisitions, transfers and integration, ensuring compliant, colleague-focused outcomes. You will provide end-to-end ER case management across multiple segments, lead consultation activities, manage high-risk cases, and partner with Legal, Compliance, Payroll and Talent Advisory to deliver coordinated, risk-managed programmes.
