We operate across multiple sectors including: Leisure & hospitality, real estate, healthcare, public sector, education; Retail & distribution, manufacturing, business services, with a variety of size of clients, from large corporates to small and medium sized businesses.
Requirements
Everyone in the team will be there to help you learn and grow throughout your time on the apprenticeship programme, particularly while you’re studying for your CII qualification. To transform your tomorrow with WTW, you’ll need to be:
3 A-Levels, plus GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with colleagues and clients
Detail and client focused
Able to work with and analyse data
Motivated, organised and ready to make a real contribution from day one
Computer literate, ideally with some understanding of MS Word, Excel and AI tools such as co-pilot
Over the course of 24 months, alongside the responsibilities of your role, you will also complete a programme of study which will be a combination of assignments, coursework and exams. Whilst WTW and the selected government approved training provider, will equip you with all of the materials required, six hours per week to focus on your studies, and the support of a tutor, you will need to ensure that you are meeting all key milestones set out at the beginning of your apprenticeship and achieving the standards required, both academically and in your role.
