The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

  • Ability to manage relationships and negotiate placements with the insurance market for both UK & Global business
  • Identify appropriate markets and determine placing strategy for new and existing business
  • Attend and participate in client, prospect and insurer meetings
  • Be able to articulate the state of the Regional, London and International insurance market and provide relevant industry insight to clients and prospects
  • Assist in preparing insightful client and prospect market presentations and slips
  • Collaborate with technical wordings and service teams to understand and articulate technical reviews and programme design
  • Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changing workload conditions and requirements
  • Understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems and key issues
  • Support the use of technology such as Broking Platform to deliver better outcomes for clients
  • Understand and ensure ongoing compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures.
  • Preferably with experience in Life Science accounts.

Qualifications

Preferably with professional qualifications (ACII or similar) or a proven track record in Insurance Broking or Underwriting

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good IT skills with excellent Excel capabilities
