Join our Enterprise Operational Resilience team as a part-time (4-day/week), fully remote Program Analyst—drive enterprise-wide resilience initiatives, tooling, and strategy across WTW.
This is a great opportunity for a Program Analyst responsible for enhancing resilience practices across WTW’s segments, functions, and processes, focusing on implementing and maturing enterprise-wide capabilities and enablers.
The Role
The position will support multiple initiatives including developing resilience-based tooling, data management, governance, and reporting capabilities aligned with organizational strategic goals. The role requires collaboration with teams across Technology, Cyber Security, Supplier Risk, and Enterprise Risk Management to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Support the execution of the operational resilience strategy, including project plans, governance materials, and status updates.
- Assist in implementing resilience initiatives such as:
- Design and operationalize a global resilience and business continuity planning tool.
- Manage the tool\’s daily operations, address user issues, coordinate updates with the supplier, and oversee change management.
- Enhance dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and KRIs related to resilience, and produce regular reports on risks and issues.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and resilience vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of global operational resilience regulations, including UK, EU (DORA), Singapore, and Ireland.
- Experience in operational resilience or risk roles within financial services or insurance.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Project management experience, especially leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Operational resilience or risk management certifications (e.g., CBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301) are desirable.
