Elevate your career with our Pensions Data Solutions Team. As a Pensions Lead Data Consultant you will help clients resolve pensions data problems. You'll develop and deliver innovative solutions, overseeing a project team to deliver data projects - assessing, creating and fixing pensions data - to a diverse portfolio of UK Pension Schemes, collaborating with WTW teams and third parties.
This role can be based out of either our Reigate, Bristol, London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh office working hybrid.
Your Role:
- Build and execute data strategies to deliver value to clients alongside good commercial outcomes
- Be the trusted data adviser to Pension Managers, Trustee boards, and key contacts
- Deliver an enhanced client experience across a wide range of Data Solutions services
- Build strong relationships with clients, administrators, actuaries, and legal advisers
Qualifications
- Strong consulting skills and ability to present technical material clearly and concisely
- Good knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pension Scheme provisions and legislation
- Experience in creating impactful client deliverables and presenting at client meetings
- Leads multiple projects simultaneously and can efficiently scope and cost new projects
- Balances client satisfaction with broadening client offerings and hitting commercial metrics
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
