Join our growing GB Wealth & Retail team as a Client Services Specialist and play a key role in supporting our UK client base and driving business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team at the heart of our global Wealth & Retail business. You'll work closely with colleagues across Investment, Research, Portfolio Management and Operations, gaining broad exposure to investment markets, client servicing and business development.

Our large team of investment professionals, spanning capital markets, portfolio management and investment research creates a unique platform from which to continue to grow our business in specialist areas. This is a key focus of Unbound2030, our strategic plan.

The team responsible for this part of our business is GB Wealth and Retail team. The team are focused on servicing clients and expanding our client base within the GB Wealth and Retail channel by creating solutions for our clients across business, strategic or investment advice, outsourced investment management and WTW influenced funds. We are a small, but growing team of 10, and we service clients with Β£20bn AUMA.

The Role

This role offers the opportunity to join WTW's GB Wealth & Retail team, supporting the delivery and growth of our services to wealth managers, private banks and other financial intermediaries. The successful candidate will combine client-service responsibilities with investment-related analytical work. They will help coordinate high-quality client deliverables, prepare accessible investment content, maintain accurate management information and work successfully with WTW's portfolio management, research, operations and specialist teams.

Specific responsibilities include:

Produce regular client deliverables on market commentary, portfolio reviews and performance reporting

Ownership and project management of ad hoc client queries

Co-ordinate projects for clients by working with the research, portfolio management and operations teams

Support client onboarding and implementation, where required

Suggest more efficient ways of working and help the team to implement new ideas

Coordinate mailings including managing mailing lists; keep lists current and send mailings out via emails

Build technical investment knowledge and apply to all client work, and work towards an appropriate professional qualification

Qualifications

What you'll bring

Degree level education, with relevant experience ideally within an investment management business

Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, reliable, extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely

Exceptional aptitude for following up and following through on assigned tasks

Interest in investment issues and desire to deepen knowledge over time

An interest in investments, wealth management and financial markets

Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Functional with the internet/intranet, proprietary software and use of AI
