The Role

Primarily providing survey and compensation consulting support to existing clients, expanding the products/services used by our clients and growing our client portfolio. The role will be working with and driving the growth and profitability of the team by being responsible for:

  • Managing and supporting client relationships, both existing and new clients, throughout the full survey cycle.
  • Helping to drive WTW’s upcoming AI journey of job evaluation and automated job matching to support clients’ ad-hoc needs and their data submission process.
  • Helping to lead the development of our survey and data analytics offering to clients primarily within Bio Pharma and Life Sciences industry.
  • Support the industry lead (tracking year-on-year survey participation, data quality and data analysis) on achieving milestones, participation and orders.
  • Manage relationships with Account Managers as well as advisory teams, to support data analysis requirements on projects and provide assistance in data analysis/interpretation.
  • Lead and support the delivery of compensation based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews and conducting pay assessments and bespoke surveys.
  • Act as a specialist for producing standard and/or customised analysis based on WTW rewards surveys, interrogating and interpreting data and data availability to evaluate data options for client requirements – across multi sectors.
  • Work with the Data & Analytics team to provide clients with market benchmarking on different pay elements (e.g., base pay, bonus), using sources such as survey data and published reports.
  • Actively lead and support varying Job Evaluation projects (utilising our proprietary methodology and state-of-the-art AI-enabled technology) and Equal Pay work across the wider RDI team.
  • Lead clients in leveraging WTW’s Data Science capabilities to review an organisation’s approach to managing knowledge and skills, using AI-enabled market scans to provide clients with insight around prevalent and emerging skills.
  • Support the wider RDI team in writing proposals, industry trends and utilising our AI-driven insights around talent flow analytics.

Performance objectives are:

  • Conducting and supporting client presentations & forums.
  • Account managing survey clients, conducting job benchmarking and supporting their market data requirements.
  • Promote and sustain Data Purchasing Plans while delivering data-driven projects and identifying opportunities to broaden service offerings.
  • Drive revenue growth by converting prospects and targets into active clients.
  • Collaborate with consultants, colleagues, and the survey production team to ensure successful delivery of surveys and projects. This includes developing project plans and schedules, supporting job matching, conducting pay assessments and compensation reviews, and managing all related correspondence and documentation.
  • Prepare survey pricing proposals for clients and prospects.
  • Support revenue growth across assigned industry sectors and surveys.
  • Contribute to overall revenue and consulting targets for Rewards Data Intelligence.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Engage confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Partner closely with Customer Services for seamless account management.
  • Continuously build technical and consulting capabilities, including sales and project management.
  • Maintain up-to-date survey files aligned with quality standards/excellence protocols.
  • Support the survey product team with project coordination, data validation, and review activities.
