Join us as a Pensions DC Consulting Director within our Retirement line of business based out of our London office working hybrid.
The Role:
- Leading a portfolio of large/medium clients with both Trust and contract-based DC schemes and wider savings products.
- Providing advice on scheme design, investment, communications, retirement support, provider selection, governance and Auto-Enrolment compliance.
- Reviewing advice papers drafted by others.
- Running client meetings.
- Proactive prospecting with organisations that are new to WTW and also focusing on growing existing WTW client relationships.
- Representing WTW DC Consulting internally and externally at conferences, round tables, events etc.
- Leading and contributing to internal client and colleague related specialist groups e.g. covering key DC issues or colleague development groups.
- Supporting, training and where appropriate managing/mentoring other colleagues.

This is a Certification Function role under the FCA's Senior Manager and Certification Regime.
Qualifications:
- Strong UK DC knowledge and experience gained in a consulting role.
- Must have Trust based DC consulting experience.
- Must have experience in providing consulting advice on scheme design, investment, communications, retirement support, provider selection, governance and Auto-Enrolment compliance.
- Relevant professional qualifications e.g. PMI, CII, IMC etc and/or a certified individual under SMCR.
- Proactive, inquisitive and organised with excellent project management and relationship management skills.
- Possess a strong growth mindset for self-development, growing client revenues and new business.
- Detail oriented with good communication skills.
- Willing to 'muck in' to help us exceed our client and colleague expectations.
- Able to set and work efficiently within budgets without jeopardising quality of work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel would be advantageous but not essential.
