We are currently seeking a Junior Business Support professional to join our US Wholesale team. This role is ideal for individuals at the early stages of their career who are looking to begin working in an administrative and support function, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, organisation, and structure. You will be part of a collaborative US wholesale broking team, providing support across our US Wholesale operations and working closely with colleagues across the wider business. Over time, this role will provide a clear pathway and opportunity to progress into a broking position within the business.
The Role
- Support the operational aspects of the business
- Maintain and update data within internal systems
- Perform administrative tasks, including documentation and record management
- Support invoice processing and booking activities
- Provide internal support to insurance brokers within the team
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, renewal strategies, and market submissions
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Interest in, and willingness to develop within, an administrative and data management role
- Strong attention to detail, with a structured and responsible approach to work
- Good level of technical proficiency, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Previous knowledge of, or experience in, administrative or support roles is desirable
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
