We are seeking a PMO professional to support our Global Specialty consulting practice by managing and facilitating the lifecycle of consulting projects and internal initiatives, while working closely with stakeholders across ICT and WTW. The role involves project management support for sales operations and client engagements, excellent organizational and communication skills, and collaboration with global teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple projects and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
The Role
- Manage consulting projects of varying size/complexity, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on plans, resources, dependencies, and risks.
- Attend external client meetings and deliver project management responsibilities.
- Liaise with client PM teams as needed.
- Prepare client-facing PM documentation (project plans, status reports, risks/issues logs, dashboards, presentations, etc.).
- Support client proposals (e.g., cost/benefit analyses).
- Help build and raise the practice's market presence and profile.
Operational Excellence
- Define, implement, and run the Global Specialty practice's operational framework (pipeline, campaign management, prioritisation).
- Oversee and report on the Global Specialty initiative portfolio.
- Build and maintain a simplified PMO function with core templates and artefacts (plans, RAID logs, reporting).
- Manage key Global Specialty processes and artefacts, engaging stakeholders across the practice and ICT.
- Work with project teams on budget creation and proactive cost tracking.
People
- Build strong relationships across ICT and the wider WTW network to support practice growth.
- Champion project management best practices and collaborate with senior management to drive cultural change within ICT UK&I P&C.
