Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Global Benefits Management (GBM) team and work with some of the world’s leading multinational organisations. As part of our Integrated & Global Services (IGS) business, you’ll help clients navigate complex global benefits and total rewards challenges across multiple geographies, cultures, and regulatory environments. This role offers the chance to lead and deliver strategic global health and risk benefits projects for multinational clients, working closely with international colleagues and subject matter experts across the business. Based in the UK, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain global exposure, work on high-profile client engagements, and be part of an innovative and collaborative consulting team.

The Role

  • Manage multiple client engagements.
  • Coordinate client delivery teams, providing guidance and training to junior team members as needed, and take responsibility for client deliverables.
  • Provide clients with expertise and advice on global health, risk and other benefits.
  • Establish a trusted relationship with clients and provide consistent, superior project delivery.
  • Manage large International consulting client engagements:
    • Coordinate teams and promote effective working.
    • Develop plans for execution of large, global engagements.
    • Ensure project managers are maintaining team progress against goals.
  • Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches related to global consulting.
  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
  • Partnering with regional/local Health & Benefits, International consultants and regional/local geography teams.
  • Build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the activity on key target accounts.

Qualifications

  • International benefits experience, preferably with health and risk benefits experience across multiple countries.
  • Contribution to development of new business opportunities.
  • Track record of success in managing client contact relationships.
  • Experience of managing internal teams within your organisation.
  • Experience of process set up and delivery in the area of employee benefits or pensions.
  • Fluent in English language (proficiency in other languages is a bonus).
  • Ability to work both on your own and with client teams, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic locations.
  • Understanding of the nuances of working across borders, with different cultures and with multinational organisations.
  • The ability to deal positively with change and comfort working in a global environment.
  • Experience in guiding, influencing and bringing people together.
  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple project priorities.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in global compensation/benefits approaches and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches.
