Joining our Retirement team, you’ll be part of our impact right from the start. Our Retirement team work with some of the largest occupational pension schemes in the UK. Advising on both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, we tackle complex challenges every day and make a real difference to active and retired employees across the country. Our work is vital and often very high profile. On our eight-week internship, you’ll do more than experience it – you’ll help us deliver it.

- Helping our clients understand and manage their pension risks.
- Gaining a wide range of on-the-job experience.
- Developing technical and consulting skills through a full induction and ongoing learning opportunities.
- Building your understanding of the work we do and the future opportunities we offer.
This is the perfect opportunity to understand what you could expect if you joined our trainee consultant programme the following year. Many of our interns return as permanent team members after graduation.
