WTW in Leeds is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our Outsourcing line on a hybrid basis. You will accurately process complex pensions calculations and queries across retirements, transfers and deaths, while supporting junior colleagues and ensuring high quality service.
The role requires knowledge of pensions legislation, DB/DC administration and proficiency with Excel/Word, with the ability to coach others and manage workloads to hit SLAs. Hybrid/multi-site experience is a plus.
