This role supports the management and growth of a portfolio of UK-based cyber insurance clients. You will work closely with senior colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions, support new business opportunities, and contribute to broking strategy and placement activity. The position plays a key role in shaping client outcomes and supporting the continued development of cyber risk management solutions.
You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, supporting renewals and placements, preparing market submissions, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. Working collaboratively across WTW, you will help deliver a consistent, high-quality service while developing your technical and professional expertise within a supportive, hybrid working environment.

- Work with teams across WTW to coordinate client solutions.
- Experience in client service or broking (cyber or technology professional indemnity preferred)
- Efficient communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Willingness to learn and grow – ACII or cyber qualifications a plus
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
