This role will see the successful candidate join the Client Service Team. The team is tasked with supporting clients with a wide range of their professional indemnity insurance requirements, from preparing for renewal, through quoting and binding cover and to responding to day-to-day client enquiries.

The Client Service Team is responsible for:

  • Understanding, applying and where necessary, explaining the Business Units (BU) policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and WTW “Client Excellence Model” compliant
  • Providing technical and subject matter expertise where required
  • Drawing on expertise within specialist teams within the BU and across the group for clients as required
  • Understanding the client’s needs and assisting Account Executives in delivering those needs
  • Managing compliant processing of contracts as per FCA and contract certainty requirements
  • Delivering end to end ongoing client service
  • Adhering to internal procedures and Compliance processes
  • Promoting a respectful environment which adheres to company code of conduct and policies
  • Fostering and maintaining collaborative and professional relationships with WTW associates in Mumbai and elsewhere
  • Assisting with the resolution of complex queries

  • Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, associates and insurers
  • Holds all regulatory licenses, permissions and technical or other requirements applicable under UK legislation and FCA rules and guidelines
  • Ability to represent the Practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
