Description Are you ready to take the next step in your claims career? We’re looking for a Claims Handler or Senior Claims Handler (depending on experience) to join our dynamic P&C Claims Team within Claims Administration at WTW. This hybrid role is based in our Ipswich office and offers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across our global network including London, Mumbai, and other WTW offices as well as with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders involved in the claims process. The Role: As a Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality claims service to our clients. Managing claims from first notification of loss through to settlement. Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the claims journey. Collaborating with WTW’s global claims community to share knowledge and best practices. Building strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other external partners. Experience in handling Natural Resources and/or Property and Casualty claims (level of seniority will depend on experience). Strong understanding of claims processes and factors that impact settlement/loss.
