Join our dynamic Pensions Data Solutions team at WTW. We help clients unlock the value in their data to achieve their wider strategic aims. As a Defined Benefits Data Specialist, you\’ll devise and deliver best in class data services, develop effective data strategies, and manage technical pension rectification projects.

The Role:

  • Design and tailor bulk data rectification approaches for GMP and other correction projects
  • Communicate complex technical issues to various internal and client audiences
  • Demonstrate sound judgement in balancing the need for accuracy and pragmatism in solutions
  • Guide a team to deliver bulk data rectifications including reviewing technical work to ensure delivery within quality standards, and on time and budget
  • Support and mentor junior team members to achieve their full potential
