As a Defined Benefits Data Specialist, you\’ll devise and deliver best in class data services, develop effective data strategies, and manage technical pension rectification projects.
The Role:
- Design and tailor bulk data rectification approaches for GMP and other correction projects
- Communicate complex technical issues to various internal and client audiences
- Demonstrate sound judgement in balancing the need for accuracy and pragmatism in solutions
- Guide a team to deliver bulk data rectifications including reviewing technical work to ensure delivery within quality standards, and on time and budget
- Support and mentor junior team members to achieve their full potential
