You’ll be involved in all stages of change—from planning and analysis to training and feedback—helping colleagues effectively adopt new systems and processes. This role requires adaptability, strong stakeholder engagement, and a hands-on approach. This is a remote role; however, flexibility is required to travel for workshops and to be present in Ipswich and London as needed.
The Role:
- End User Content Creation: Design, develop, and publish comprehensive training materials, including user guides, FAQs, video resources, news posts, and intranet articles, to facilitate smooth technology transitions.
- Communication: Develop and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process. This includes creating newsletters, emails, presentations, and other communication tools.
- Digital Adoption Platform Management: Manage and maintain content within a digital adoption platform, ensuring it is up-to-date and effectively supports end user needs. Collaborate with the product owners to create adoption campaigns and present feedback and recommendations.
- Intranet Content Management: Manage and maintain intranet pages related to our R&B business technology teams and platforms, ensuring that employees are notified of and have access to all pertinent information.
- Project Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including roll out plans, playbooks and templates to support technology change initiatives.
- Analysis and Problem Solving: Investigate and propose solutions for challenges and technology initiatives as required, either stand alone or as part of a wider platform deployment.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Support end users through technology change and adoption. Support technology colleagues by identifying issues and opportunities for growth or collaboration.
- Change & Continuous Improvement: Advise project teams on the best way to manage the change aspects of their projects, including provision of templates and methodologies. Identify and recommend changes to processes and practices to improve the way we deploy technology change.
The Requirements:
- Essential: Experience working in an internal change management, technology adoption or training role.
- Proven ability to develop user-friendly content in multiple formats – appropriately tailored by audience and purpose.
- Ability to communicate complex technology concepts to non-technical users.

- Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g. WalkMe, Stonly).
- Highly articulate and able to communicate and influence with confidence and credibility at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams as well as independently.
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and adapting to change in scope / timelines.
- Adaptable and curious – actively promote ideas and proposals and not just accept the status quo.
- As a global company proficiency in additional languages would be beneficial.
- Prior knowledge or experience in Insurance market or willingness to learn.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Travel to different UK offices as required.
