The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
• Ultimate responsibility for the provision of the required services to the client.
• Understand the clients’ business and their risk management needs, and look for solutions to deliver those needs through ongoing service.
• Identify primary budget holders and decision makers within clients, establish, and maintain active relationships with these individuals.
• Provide technical, industry, and subject matter expertise where required.
• Draw on expertise within specialist technical teams within the BU and across the Group for clients as needed.
• Determine appropriate solutions, structure, price, and placement strategies that meet clients’ needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients.
• Grow existing portfolio by identifying new opportunities from current clients.
• Lead (not line manage) supporting service teams.
• Maintain effective working relationships with Claims Advocates to effectively deliver clients’ needs.
• Business Development: Actively drive the sales process to win, retain, and develop profitable new clients.
• Placement Management: Optimize revenue from new and existing clients using appropriate placement channels.
• Operational and Service Delivery: Lead and deliver end-to-end ongoing client service, adhering to standardized policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
• Preferably working towards or obtained professional qualification of ACII or similar.
• Strong insurance knowledge and experience, with practical knowledge of strategic account development and tools to achieve this.
• Experience in new business sales process and a proven track record of converting prospects to clients.
• Skilled at building effective relationships at all levels with clients, prospects, insurers, and external specialists.
• Experience managing clients with global programs.
• Ability to represent Willis Towers Watson with integrity and credibility.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience working with and adhering to processes and systems supporting client services.
