As a Senior Analyst in Technology Consulting, you will work as part of the Technology Consulting team within our Insurance Consulting and Technology line of business, delivering consulting services aligned to WTW’s insurance technology products and platforms. This role is client facing and suited to someone with a technical, consulting, or client facing background and is ready to take on greater responsibility in client delivery, contributing independently to project workstreams while continuing to develop technical depth, consulting skills, and insurance domain knowledge.
You will work with a multi-disciplined team and be involved across the full solution lifecycle including pre‑sales support, solution design, implementation, integration, and client enablement, working with colleagues across the UK, Ireland, and global teams. Technology Consulting colleagues operate in a hybrid working model, typically spending 2–3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to balance client, team, and personal needs. Some client travel may be required depending on project demands.
As a Senior Analyst, you are expected to continue building both technical depth and consulting capability, with a clear pathway toward consultant. You will receive support through on‑the‑job learning, formal training, and exposure to increasingly complex client engagements, with opportunities to specialise in solution architecture, delivery leadership, or specific product domains over time.
The Role- Technical & Project Delivery
- Contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of WTW insurance technology solutions and adjacent technology projects at clients.
- Develop and maintain elements of client deliverables. Depending on the skillset this could include documentation, reports, scripts (Python, PowerShell, SQL) or workflows.
- Produce and maintain documentation, presentations and other artifacts related to our client engagements, this could include design artefacts, build documents, and configuration guides.
- Consulting & Client Engagement
- Participate in client workshops to gather requirements and understand business and technical needs.
- Support senior consultants in gathering and translating business requirements into functional and technical designs.
- Deliver client-facing activities such as demos, knowledge transfer, and training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support during and after implementations to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Support consulting work with clients to implement AI within their own environments and workflows.
- Project & Team Contribution
- Take ownership of assigned project deliverables, managing tasks with moderate supervision.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, and product teams.
- Contribute to pre‑sales activities, including proposal input, estimates, and proof‑of‑concept work.
- Support and mentor graduate or junior colleagues informally, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Support the use of AI to help increase team efficiencies and quality.
