WTW’s International Cyber Insurance team in London is seeking an Associate to support the delivery of Cyber insurance solutions for a diverse international client base. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in Cyber insurance who is ready to take the next step in responsibility, exposure, and technical development within a leading global practice.
The Role
- Support the placement of Cyber insurance programmes - international complex risks.
- Assist in developing placement strategies and preparing submissions, presentations.
- Build relationships with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders - WTW’s global network.
- Contribute to ongoing client service, renewals, and portfolio management.
- Support senior colleagues in negotiations on coverage, structure, and pricing.
- Ensure accurate, compliant processing of placements in line with regulatory standards.
- Participate in Cyber & TMT initiatives and support the continued development of the practice.
Qualifications
- Experience working within Cyber insurance broking or a closely related specialty.
- Growing technical knowledge of Cyber risk and insurance solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients and insurers.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a desire to learn and develop.
- Progress toward professional qualifications (e.g. ACII) or a willingness to work toward them.
