The Role
We are seeking an experienced, growth-focused Account Executive to join our Retail, Leisure & Hospitality (L&H) Practice. You will manage a portfolio of Retail, L&H clients, including complex, high-value accounts requiring tailored risk management solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a large, diverse team of professionals collaboratively focused on knowledge growth and personal development.
Based in our London office, this hybrid role supports our continued success.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand your clients’ business and risk management needs.
- Provide technical, industry, and subject matter expertise as needed.
- Leverage expertise within specialist technical teams.
- Build strong client relationships based on trust.
- Work with the service team to deliver optimal structure, price, and placement strategies.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing portfolios through new sales.
- Collaborate with and guide the CSE service team.
Business Development
- Support sales efforts to develop prospects and new business.
- Identify opportunities for account penetration and cross-selling.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services.
- Network with other business units and external specialists.
Placement Management
- Maintain strong relationships with market contacts and WTW Broking Team.
- Ensure transparency of commitments to markets and clients.
- Process contracts in compliance with FCA and contract certainty requirements.
- Review market presentations, client documentation, and policy coverage.
- Support programme and pricing structures to meet client needs.
Operational and Service Delivery
- Deliver excellent client service following WTW policies and standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
- Develop solutions and proposals to retain clients.
- Create annual client service plans.
- Manage KPIs/SLAs to meet targets.
- Provide feedback for process improvement and support implementation.
