As we continue to expand, we are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Virtual and Hybrid Event Producers to join our dynamic team and help lead the production of world-class virtual and hybrid events.

Position Overview
As a Senior Virtual and Hybrid Event Producer, you will oversee the seamless planning, execution and delivery of virtual and hybrid events for a diverse range of clients across various industries. With a wealth of experience in event production and an international background, you will bring strategic thinking, creativity and technical expertise to the role. This position requires exceptional project management skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and a deep understanding of emerging event technologies and trends.
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event goals, objectives, and target audiences.
- Develop comprehensive event strategies, ensuring a perfect blend of virtual and in-person elements for hybrid events.
- Design event timelines, workflows, and budgets, ensuring timely and on-budget execution.
Production Management:
- Oversee all aspects of virtual and hybrid event production, including content creation, platform selection, and technical setup.
- Lead the coordination of virtual event platforms, AV vendors, presenters, and speakers across multiple time zones.
