This is a varied role that combines content creation, campaign coordination, website content management, and project support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple marketing disciplines and seeing their ideas come to life. You’ll lead the strategy and execution of brand and cruise line campaigns across content, direct mail and press advertising. You’ll turn ideas into engaging stories that connect with our audience, drive measurable growth and shape our brand’s presence in an ever-evolving and competitive landscape. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives on creativity, someone who can plan, create and optimise campaigns that inspire action and deliver results.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience
  • Travel experience is desirable
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce engaging content for a variety of audiences and platforms
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and digital content publishing
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices
  • Ability to create effective marketing briefs and collaborate with designers, agencies, and media partners
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent time management skills
  • Confidence working independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider marketing team
  • Competence in performance tracking & reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Excel
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and working with third-party partners preferable but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging, SEO-friendly blog content that supports brand awareness and drives website traffic
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, including onsite execution
  • Write, publish, and maintain website content, ensuring pages remain accurate, engaging, and optimised for user experience
  • Manage relationships with third-party partners and affiliate networks to maximise marketing opportunities and campaign performance
  • Develop clear and compelling content briefs for direct mail and press advertising, working with internal stakeholders and the design team to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Co-ordinate Direct Mail and Email marketing activity from deadline planning to sign off
  • Brief and manage content contributors (e.g., cruise lines, influencers, freelancers)
  • Provide marketing and administrative support across a range of business projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging is consistent across all channels
  • Analyse what’s working—and not—to drive improvements
  • Present insights and recommendations to the wider team or stakeholders
  • Work closely with the wider marketing, product and sales teams
  • Contribute to brainstorming, campaign ideation, and cross-functional projects
