Purpose of the role
The Graphic Designer delivers creative and visually engaging design work across our brands, producing high‑quality, on‑brand visual assets for all marketing channels to support conversion and brand identity.
Role and responsibilities
- Create, develop and deliver high‑quality artwork for print materials such as direct mail, press adverts and events.
- Produce engaging assets for digital channels including emails, social media and web.
- Contribute creative ideas and design solutions for marketing campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaign creative.
- Ensure all design output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across channels.
- Test and adapt design variations based on performance insights to enhance effectiveness.
- Keep abreast of market trends, product developments, and competitor activity to keep creative relevant and effective.
- Manage workload efficiently to deliver projects on time, meeting multiple priorities.
