We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Building Surveyor (Asset Validation) to support our team by carrying out comprehensive property and asset validation surveys for our clients' portfolio of public sector properties throughout greater London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveying professional who enjoys working both on-site and with data, ensuring asset records are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose. You will play a key role in validating building information and supporting strategic investment decisions through high-quality asset data.
As a Freelance Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out on-site property inspections and asset verification, including both building fabric and Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems.
