WT Partnership Guernsey Limited, a Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice, established in Guernsey for over 60 years is seeking to appoint an MRICS qualified, Senior Quantity Surveyor for its St Peter Port office. The candidate will be experienced in traditional quantity surveying duties including estimating, pre and post contract cost management and the preparation of contract documents using a range of standard forms of contracts.
A competitive salary including pension is offered and for the right candidate the title of Associate Director with conversion to a Director appointment, subject to performance, within a short time frame. The candidate will be required to be flexible in approach, used to dealing directly with client representatives in both public and private sectors and be self-motivated, used to working on their own initiative without supervision.
