WT Consultancy is a rapidly growing, family‑run health and safety consultancy based in Cullompton, Devon, supporting a wide range of clients across the South West and beyond.

We are looking to add an experienced, personable Health and Safety Consultant to our team of over 20 professionals. The role involves providing hands‑on health and safety support across sectors including agriculture, engineering, manufacturing, construction and hospitality, with no two days the same and a mix of office‑based work and visits to client sites throughout the region.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing health and safety policies
• Completing risk assessments
• Providing practical, proportionate solutions to help clients meet legal and best‑practice requirements
• Delivering in‑house training for staff (as interest & capability permits)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety
• Industry experience delivering practical health and safety solutions
• Strong ability to produce clear policies, risk assessments and supporting documentation
• Flexibility to travel across the South West with occasional travel further afield
• Experience delivering health and safety training & a willingness to develop training competencies (desired)
