We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and skilled Multi-Tradesperson with a strong background in general labouring and plastering to join our team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience working on building and maintenance projects, with the ability to carry out plastering work to a high standard while assisting with a variety of general building and multi-trade tasks. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, works well independently and as part of a team, and maintains a professional attitude on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out plastering, skimming, patch repairs and surface preparation.
- Undertaking general labouring duties and assisting with day-to-day building works.
- Preparing work areas, including protecting surfaces and moving materials.
- Assisting with basic maintenance, repairs and general property refurbishment.
- Carrying out minor repairs across multiple trades where competent.
- Loading, unloading and handling building materials and equipment.
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe throughout each job.
- Following health and safety procedures and using tools and equipment correctly.
- Working efficiently to meet project deadlines and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, clients and other tradespeople.
