The role will perform various traditional quantity surveying functions including estimating, planning and cost management, cost monitoring, and accurate and timely financial reporting whilst exercising sound financial acumen with a key focus on proactively maximising value for our clients. Liaising with clients, architects and main contractors Tender evaluations and analysis Contract negotiations Cash flow projects Final account reporting Claims preparation, presentation, negotiation and settlement of claims Investment analysis Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from conception, through to completion and post-project review Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a team and control multiple projects/client commissions At WT, you’ll be part of an independently owned international cost consultancy at the forefront of Australia's major construction and infrastructure projects.
