We are working with a global Real Estate Advisory firm who are seeking a Chartered Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor to join their Commercial Valuation & Advisory team, based in Central London.
This opportunity will report into the Director of Valuation & Advisory and will be responsible for carrying out a range of valuation responsibilities. This includes portfolio valuations, loan security valuations and transactions across London and Southeast. The role will focus on the commercial market including offices, retail and industrial & logistics.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a top performing team and you will also have ability to work directly with clients from Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor level.
Key Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor – Valuation requirements include:
- Degree/ Masters in Real Estate.
- Member of RICS & RICS Registered Valuer.
- Previous experience in portfolio and/or loan security valuations.
- Proven experience working within the commercial real estate market.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to use Argus.
Salary range from £40,000 – £50,000 plus car allowance, benefits package and bonus potential.
Office is based in Central London (2-3 days a week in the office and 2-3 days WFH).
