We are working with a highly established Investment and Asset Management firm who are looking to recruit a Property Manager on an initial 6-month fixed term contract basis to work in the UK Commercial Property Management team, based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the Head of Property Management and play an integral role in the management of their mixed commercial portfolio.
Key Commercial Property Management responsibilities:
- Oversight of the day-to-day management of the portfolio, consisting of office, retail and some mixed-use assets.
- Oversight and delivery of H&S and all regulatory compliance.
- Oversight of the preparation and reconciliation of service charges.
- Support the Asset Management team with developing the property and portfolio business plans, ensuring delivery against plans, including CAPEX projects and ESG upgrades.
- Draft quarterly client reports and assist with the management of client relationships.
- Management of contractors and suppliers, plus oversight of specialist services such as agency and building surveying.
- Proactive engagement with tenants to ensure satisfaction and compliance with tenant’s leases.
- Contribute to process improvement and the implementation of new initiatives.
Commercial Property Management requirements:
- Degree or Masters in Real Estate (or equivalent experience).
- Proven Commercial Property Management or Facilities Management experience.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Excellent organisation and processing skills.
- Available to start a new role at short notice.
