Job Description
We are working with a privately owned Real Estate Investor and Asset Manager who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their team based in London.
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day property management of a retail and office portfolio, working directly with the Asset and Leasing Managers to ensure initiatives and business plans are implemented at asset level.
Property Manager Requirements
Degree/Master qualified in Real Estate/Property.
Proven experience managing commercial properties, especially office, retail or mixed-use properties.
Salary is competitive based on the individual plus pension, private healthcare and discretionary bonus.
Office is based in Central London.
