We are working with a highly established Investment and Asset Management firm who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Manager to work in their UK Commercial Property Management team, based in London.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of the day-to-day management of the portfolio, consisting of office, retail and some industrial assets.
- Oversight and delivery of H&S and all regulatory compliance.
- Oversight of the preparation and reconciliation of service charges.
- Work with the Asset Management team to develop the property and portfolio business plans and ensure delivery against plans, including CAPEX projects and ESG upgrades.
- Draft quarterly client reporting and assist with the management of client relationships.
- Management of contractors and suppliers, plus oversight of specialist services such as agency and building surveying.
- Proactive engagement with tenants to ensure satisfaction and tenant lease compliance.
- Contribute to process improvement and implementation of new initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate (or similar).
- Proven Commercial Property Management experience.
- Member of RICS is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong Landlord & Tenant knowledge.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Excellent organisation and processing skills.
Salary and benefits
Salary £45,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits and discretionary bonus. Office based in Central London (3 days in the office/ 2 WFH).
