Overview

We are working with a highly established Investment and Asset Management firm who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Manager to work in their UK Commercial Property Management team, based in London.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the day-to-day management of the portfolio, consisting of office, retail and some industrial assets.
  • Oversight and delivery of H&S and all regulatory compliance.
  • Oversight of the preparation and reconciliation of service charges.
  • Work with the Asset Management team to develop the property and portfolio business plans and ensure delivery against plans, including CAPEX projects and ESG upgrades.
  • Draft quarterly client reporting and assist with the management of client relationships.
  • Management of contractors and suppliers, plus oversight of specialist services such as agency and building surveying.
  • Proactive engagement with tenants to ensure satisfaction and tenant lease compliance.
  • Contribute to process improvement and implementation of new initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Real Estate (or similar).
  • Proven Commercial Property Management experience.
  • Member of RICS is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong Landlord & Tenant knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Excellent organisation and processing skills.

Salary and benefits

Salary £45,000 – £60,000 per annum plus benefits and discretionary bonus.

Office based in Central London (3 days in the office/ 2 WFH).
