Overview We are working with a highly established Investment and Asset Management firm who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Manager to work in their UK Commercial Property Management team, based in London.Responsibilities Oversight of the day-to-day management of the portfolio, consisting of office, retail and some industrial assets.Oversight and delivery of H&S and all regulatory compliance.Oversight of the preparation and reconciliation of service charges.Work with the Asset Management team to develop the property and portfolio business plans and ensure delivery against plans, including CAPEX projects and ESG upgrades.Draft quarterly client reporting and assist with the management of client relationships.Management of contractors and suppliers, plus oversight of specialist services such as agency and building surveying.Proactive engagement with tenants to ensure satisfaction and tenant lease compliance.Contribute to process improvement and implementation of new initiatives.Qualifications Degree in Real Estate (or similar).Proven Commercial Property Management experience.Member of RICS is preferred but not mandatory.Strong Landlord & Tenant knowledge.Excellent communication and written skills.Excellent organisation and processing skills.Salary and benefits Salary Β£45,000 – Β£60,000 per annum plus benefits and discretionary bonus.Office based in Central London (3 days in the office/ 2 WFH).How to apply If this opportunity is of interest and you have the experience required, please apply online with your updated CV.
