We are supporting a boutique surveying practice who are seeking a dynamic and driven Client Accountant, based in their London office.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, prepare and reconcile annual Service Charges (which includes cash reconciliations).
- Prepare and deliver multiple reports to clients such as Owner Statements and VAT Reports, which must be delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct tenant reconciliations and recharges, posting their receipts and dealing with any queries.
Key person specification:
- Thorough understanding of TRAMPS and a good level of experience on Excel.
- Knowledge of double-entry accounting / a formal accountancy qualification will be advantageous.
- Sound understanding of a property lease and how to read/amend records relating to them.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, self-sufficient and self-motivated.
The role is based in their London office, salary £45,000 - £55,000 plus benefits, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
